Well, it’s we’re a third of the way through the year and I thougt I’d check how I’m doing with my to-do list for this year. Looking back, I seem to have been caught up in that optimistic new years mindset when writing this… Some pessimism has returned to me. I don’t even gereally try to achieve anything on these lists. I just cross them off if I do it by chance…

-Work harder in university/complete at least 80% of the assigned reading (I sucked last term and underachieved. I’m not doing much better with this term’s reading.)
-Start and complete a 365 (I’ve managed to keep it up so far. Anyone want to join me on this one?)
-Let go of grudges/Mend some friendships with people I admittedly still have a grudge against (a friend said that she wants to go into 2012 at peace with everyone. I think it’s a good idea, but these people never seem to be good to their word so I’ve never really found a reason. But I’m 20 now, more mature, and as my friend said “you know your own worth so it’s their loss if they fail to stick to their word”, so we’ll see… [update] But, i’m not very good at this one. Whenever I see certain people who have made me feel like shit I just clam up and can’t seem to let go of it. And those people who apologised probably only did it to make themselves feel better as they haven;t talked to me since and haven’t shown an interest in actually being my friend. I was/could have been good friends with these people. I needed that. I’m probably going to fail at this point on this list.)
-Save money (Ahhh the poor student life… Thanks to house payments and other expenses I’d forgotten I had to pay I have considerably less money than I thought I’d have.)
-Make new friends - whether in real life or on Tumblr (I’ve made a few. No one too close yet though. I could do with finding some more)
-Reach 900 followers on tumblr. (my rate of follower gaining kinda’ slowed last year) - [link]
- Work hard and study for exams and for my dissertation.
-Draw more & write more. (I have drawn and written barely anything recently. Really should really write more since, y’know, I’m doing a degree in English. Laziness and lack of motivation prohibits me)
- Help Arthur gain more followers on tumblr because he posts good original content (check Arthur out. Go on. Now. ArthurArthurArthurArthurArthurArthurArthurArthurArthurArthurArthurArthur)
-Take pictures with people I haven’t had pictures with (Got some, want more)
-Do my best to help Nila not feel sad

-Grow a decent beard (I’m 20 now, it shouldn’t be impossible)
