This time last year I was on a long drive home.
A very long drive home, since my dad decided to take the scenic route and it took us around six hours to get home. That was the day I left my university halls to go home for the summer holiday. This year I am staying here until the middle/end of June because my mother is going back to the Philippines for a month and it means my dad only has to look after my two sisters. I don’t mind this....
